The thoughtful, balanced menu uses only top quality, select ingredients available on a seasonal basis. Sobriety and simple elegance of presentation form the underlying philosophy of all the chef’s dishes, which reflect a desire to serve healthy meals prepared using fast cooking methods and featuring surprising new condiments, without however overshadowing the goodness of extra-virgin olive oil. Every single dish is a unique flavoursome experience, in which the ingredients blend harmoniously without overriding each other or becoming excessive.

The restaurant also features a rich, diversified wine & spirits list. The wine selection focuses on local labels by small producers of original, quality wines, while also representing the best of the Italian, French and international wine industries. The wine cellar is stocked by Simona D’Amore, sommelier certified in 2012 by the Gallura chapter of the Italian Sommelier Association.
